Osgoode faculty

We are proud of our members’ longstanding role and contributions:

• independent and critical research on important legal issues
• high-quality teaching and experiential education for students
• partnering with legal clinics, law firms, and communities to enhance access to justice
• contributing to the academic role of the law school in processes of faculty governance
• providing independent points of view in public debates through the media

Affiliations

We are affiliated with the Canadian Association of University Teachers and the Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations.

We also maintain a close relationship with the York University Faculty Association, which for many years has contributed indirectly to protecting the terms and conditions of employment of Osgoode faculty.
